Learning about learning health systems: Strengthening theory through continuous evaluation and improvement

This article presents a framework that bridges Learning Health System theory and practice through continuous theorizing and evaluation. Illustrated through the case of the Bipolar Action Network, it links how mid-range theory, program theory and LHS design, development, and evaluation can support improved practices and theories within LHSs.
